Mehru's began in 1902 at Lower Bazar, Shimla — founded by the visionary Lala Meharchand Ji. What started as a humble sweet shop quickly became the heartbeat of Shimla's culinary identity. Our jalebi and traditional mithais captured the hearts of British officers stationed in the summer capital of the British Raj.
Today, 124 years on, every mithai is still crafted with shuddh desi ghee and fresh milk — the same recipe, the same flame, the same love.
